hands-on commercial real estate firm (20?30 employees) seeking adaptable professionals to support its retail property portfolio. This collaborative, entrepreneurial environment requires team members comfortable wearing multiple hats and working closely with leadership, including the CFO. Role Overview:
The Asset Management Analyst supports portfolio performance through financial analysis, reporting, and operational coordination. This role partners with asset management, property management, leasing, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze property financials, and identify opportunities to improve asset value and efficiency.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
Industry: (Finance, Real Estate, or related)
Mandarin- Must
* 1-3+ years of relevant experience
* Strong Excel and analytical skills
* Real estate knowledge preferred
